I don't subscribe to the idea that an Incel should ldar when you are inherently a victim by your genetics. But I do subscribe to the idea of an Incel frequently training in running, push ups, pull ups and other calisthenics and possible even weights to make himself physically strong to deal with soyciety
 
I just finished pull ups and push ups at the park plus an hour or so of track running. I do believe I am physically capable to flee any group of normoids that are wishing harm on me at the very least. Not really worried if I see shady figures because I know I can outrun them at the bare minimum
 
yeah i agree with this. a lot of people ask if gymmaxxing is worth on here and i would say yes.

It gives you something to do during the day so your not just bedrotting, gaming, working all day. It feels pretty good to see yourself get stronger and bigger which can help with mental health.

I am a uni student. Now i am in my hometown cause i had a episode of big depression and needed to change environment. I do pullups (100 every day i train them) pushup (600 to 1000 every day i train them) and lunges (till my ass hurts like stacy) and it is my form of meditation
Meditation in the currycel style is a faggot shit cause of course it's hard to focus on nothing. Instead doing sets and reps helps you focus on someting real. meditaion is for pussies exercise is for men.

When i was in the city instead, since i got depressed in january, till two weeks ago, i did so much sports: weights in the morning, martial arts in the evening, athletics in lunch. More than 14 trainings a week. Useless as hell, but helpful to cope

That's a lot man, daily? I could not do that at all, I would be too sore. You are quite strong, I would add harder progressions now, though. Yeah, meditation doesn't work for me. I have tried it, but it does seem feminine and laughable.

If you refer to the sports in the city, yeah: since i got heavy depression in january, i started doing all that stuff in the city.
If you refer to pushups pullups and lunges now in the town where i am rotting? No. I do like one day yes and one day no
 
I lift regularly because it distracts me from my feels.
