Anytime I ever socialise, I'm met with shit conversations about gossip, where everything is focused on minute bullshit and words such as text and snapchat are thrown around. These people are near adulthood, getting good grades, yet they are so lost and so far from reality. They don't see the debt traps less than 2 years in front of them, let alone see far into the future where important problems exist. Anytime I bring up any of these issues, 80% are disinterested or are simply too fucking dumb to understand what I say. It's leading me to avoid talking to people altogether, as I am struck with some sort of psychological pain when I have to re-explain myself, or am just simply ignored. Anyone else feel the same?
