If we were to live in an actual pro-eugenic society we would no longer be incels and "chad" would be sterilized. Societies that want better people are gonna focus on IQ the most. Meaning that unless you have a truly fucked up inheritable disease, your probably gonna be able to breed if your IQ is at least 3 digits. The people we think of as chad tend to be high t, violent, and dumb. They'd be the first to go since their existence is a net drain on society.
