Two games that are fucking fun that have stuck out to me are Far Cry 5 and Metal gear solid 5. Two games about suffering, anger, wrath and hatred. Temptations of revenge and wrath that haunts you. Taking away you ability to think. Destroying your sense of philosophy. Turning you into an animal. Its funny these two games that are super fun address this since they are number 5 of there franchise. Considering in Dantes Inferno, the fifth circle of hell is wrath. Wich keep in mind is Dantes interpretation of anger. This is a story of how one decents into madness. Get your reading glasses on because this is a long one. And veture into the veiw of phsycoligical wounds of those without piece. And the true meaning of phantom pain.

We have all been there. In a conflict with some piece of shit person. Somone privleged. We never get our chance of revenge. But years after the shit show, we are still haunted by conflicts. A stronger person bullying you. Physically, verbally. You see them get to fuck a foid. And watch as karma becomes more and more of a work of fiction. Then you see things in a pesimistic manner. Weather your views are accurate or not to the real world. Then you make your way to seeing your self in pain. Then you relize what you are. A incel. A man who the world hates for the sake of status
Next thing you know, you hold on to the pain from the past. Maybey you feel powerless. Maybey you want to get a gun or knife and murdure somone. It could be somone who either had it better then you. Or somone who has wronged you. You watch as you see a shit future. Without a solution, without direction, you loose faith in having a sort of humanity. Well more so of a reason of maintaining your humanity. Then you stop caring about having a humamity. Without regret. But you most likely stay here. Coping. Then again we all cope. We suffure. And we hate. Somtimes we justify things like rape or mass murder. I just saw a thread justifying raping of women a hour before making this thread.
In MGS 5 you are set on a quest. Not one of hero save the day bullshit. One of revenge. The interesting thing is though, the game doesnt cover up the maddness. For the sake of revenge you turn against your own men, chase after conspiracies after conspiracies, and the weird thing is your enemy has no real motives for all the evil things he deos. Infact he seems to obsess over hatred and anger. You have no idea why he attacked mother base in ground zeros. But you want revenge for it. You have no idea why he trys to wipe out the whole english language from the world. Besides him no longer being able to speack his native language. Full of envy. You have not idea why he is trying to launch a metal gear around the damn world. Before the boss were you fight sahalantherpous (probably misspelled that) he wonders in anxiety of somone controlling the man on fire from being angry. Infact the man on fire was a old foe of snake hell bent on revenge after the shit from MGS3. Or what about Eli? AKA Liquid Snake. He hates the main character over some gene bullshit and getting inferior gene copy of his father. Everyone looses ther mind for the sake of revenge. Instead of trying to build a life or future, instead of trying to breack free from pain. They resort to hatred, anger and revenge. Jjst for all of it to back fire. Eli eventually dies from a virus being all hatfull and shit. Kaz geos mad for the rest of his life. Venom snake, the character you play as dies with the delusion of being the world's greatest soldier. Until he to dies. Basicly everyone is bent on a trail of vengence until they either die or die with aditional bullshit in there lives. Living for nothing. Dying for anger and hatred.

In Far Cry 5, you dont really get hellbent on revenge. More so of taking a AR15 with that sweet sweet daniel defense RIS 3 handguards with those flimsy ass mlock slots, and mow some maniacs. Rescue freinds, hostages, blow shit up. And kill family members of a cult leader. Obviously Joseph, the cult leader morns, yells and gets angry but is able to act more mature then you would expect for a man who starts a shit show. Were it really counts is the end. You have 2 choices unless you fuck with the secret ending. Place your judgment and wrath upon him. Or walk away. And how Ubisoft depicted both endings are perfect. At the end. You always loose. Walk away, you activate that brainwash shit. And who knows what happends. Fight him and defeat him. Well he unleashes fucking nukes. Somthing I never saw coming when I first did the fight ending. But it comes to show somthing. Walk away from those who fucked you over, and your forever haunted by the pain of your past. Get revenge and things will get worse for you. You might end up like Eliot Rodger. Dead. Shot by cops. Or bruised in the face by a bully. Welcome to the world were your forced to pick your poison.

I still get flash backs dealing with assholes in my life. Wishing I had a knife to kill them and to show there dismembered heads to there familys. Will I do it? Most likely not. Dont wanna end up either in jail or the 5th circle of hell. But the truth is. No matter what we choose. We always loose. Weather or not we get our revenge.
