If you're firing a pistol the accuracy beyond 20 meters is shit, especially in rapid fire. Most shots are not even lethal so you end up with 3x injured people. You miss 80% of the shots beyond a certain point when shooting at moving targets.
So unless you are firing a high powered rifle like .308 or spraying and reloading fast with a lesser powered weapon (like firing over 100 rounds) you're not going to get many people. Cops sometimes fire 20 rounds to kill 1 guy
