Nah, doctors and white-collar professionals were definitely leaving our countries for the UK, people have complained about the brain drain from our countries for a long time already. I think there were even some statistics on how a double digit percentage of NHS' workforce was EU immigrants. There's not much of a reason to stay in some EE shithole as a doctor or a nurse or whatever when you'll be getting 10 times as much money working in the West.
