It is racism by definition. Judging someone based on race. You have a preconcieved nation that racism is inherently wrong which is why you want to do mental gynnastics and claim that it isn't racism. If you reject someone based on race, then you are discriminating based on race by definition. When women reject indian men, they are also being racist, but it isn't condemned as such because they don't explicitly state that as the reason for doing so and because they have female privilege.
