anyone else do this as a cope/alongside with coping? i think it's pretty based. ppl seem to expect you to go to hell and back as a man, put in the maximum effort.
not only is effort minning saying F U to those ppl, but it feels good to effort min. way better to chill out, relax, and enjoy life rather than try giga hard and put in a ton of effort.
