i have been clearing up my diet , now i mostly consume whole foods like more plant whole foods like whole grains legumes fruits and vegetables alongside dairy (mostly yoghurt) eggs and meats (mostly chicken and liver) and i have been getting a lot more sunlight exposure and i have lost weight alongside my skin cleaning up and i have debloated as well

Uv rays are harmful and you are only alive because of ozone layer. I am not saying don't go to sunlight, just use sunscreen

take out whole grains and veggies since they’re not optimal and unnecessary and this would be peak, i’ve been doing that as well and the results are magnificent so far

im not a carnivore diet enthusiast per say, i consume fruits and raw diaries as well but the results skyrocketed once i took those out and there’s a respectable amount of evidence that shows that those are at the bottom of food pyramid but to each their own ig

I dont receive enough sunlight so i take vitamine D pills
I think im gonna start training though, at least not all my weight is not just fat

Yeah, no diet will change my underdeveloped face, if you are after puberty no diet is going to ascend you and if it will then you were a fakecel in the first place.
