If you have mental health issues of any kind, what has helped you?


I'm interested in finding drugs/compounds that can help me with my ptsd. i've been with a psychiatrist for years, and no pharmaceuticals work for me (thus far, and i've tried 15+). figured I'd make a post here because incels.is helped me find phenibut (which is pretty decent but not always consistent/reliable for me). Hopefully, yall can help.

I take delta eight thc from time to time. I'm not saying it is the best alternative I try to avoid Illicit controlled substances illegal drugs I personally think all drugs should be legal It would be a nice way out of this world. People get high because existence is a little bit to painful for them. Lord knows it is for me

Smoking weed everyday has significantly helped with my trauma.

not sexual abuse, but i was tied to a chair and kept in a dark closet as toddler

ah yes...love me my benzos....but they melt my brain...i'm trying to find other stuff to use so i don't have to use them. they are, unfortunately, the only things that work for me tho...

Shrooms to bring your feelings to the surface for clarity + opioids the next day to numb them down

I haven't done this but I remember some user here suggested it

sounds like solid stuff, i unfortunately can't tolerate opioids of any kind, or id definitely use them over benzos....my body is so effed up. i used to use buprenorphine and also kratom, but neither help me now (and bring on unbearable symptoms)

yes, i have tried ketamine and shrooms...but should prob start using shrooms again to help repair my brain from the benzo damage

Opioids and weed had done it for me. I have severe anxiety, i couldn't even post on an internet forum like this before.

Tried diazepam too, but it gave me panic attacks. I don't recommend it.
