Moneymaxxing is best cope tbh. It's a big roast so in the end it will cover two full meals

It is worth it, I reserve it for the weekends, get the cast iron scorching hot and fry those motherfuckas up, I love steak with au jus and some oven roasted vegetables :o

I am of the opinion that dinner is the only highlight of my day so I try to make it good
