Serious Dumbass acne under my chin and neck

My face is clear but I have really bad pimples on my neck and under my chin

Stupid skincels making it more over for me

I usually get acne when I'm not consistent with washing my face/body
When I used to have good body hygiene I had no acne at all

When you wash your face, also wash your chin and neck with face wash. Generally spread that shit anywhere your acne is, even your back and chest.

I Feel that. Cant even take off my shirt at the beach or swimming pool (not that i ever go lol) cause its covered in acne ive been gymmaxing for so long all for nothing
