There are certain things you can do and certain drugs you can take that make you more 'neurotypical' but obviously it won't be your default state.
If by neurodivergent you mean autism then you have excess glutamate but not very well functioning dopamine receptors.
Alcohol and benzodiazepines can dull the excess glutamate activity by increasing GABA efficiency. Of course this cannot be a long term solution unless you want to become dependent and an addict.
To increase dopamine stimulants always work. Like meth, dexamphetamine, cocaine. But these aren't a permanent solution either.
