I used to be a public transportation commuter as a young poorcel. Not fun and not easy. You do it because you have to, not because you want to. There is always the chance of getting mugged, stabbed, or shot especially if you do it every day for years.

Imagine spending 2+ hours everyday total on public trans and do all of that walking. If you have a car and drive at the right time, that 2.5 hr commute roundway turns into 1hr tops.

The most obvious difference is the lack of the engine sound when starting the car, so when you drive all you hear is the air rushing by and not the engine revving up. You can see videos of this online. Other than that it's not very different tbh
