They give tramadol out a lot in this country. Especially to sick animals. So getting tramadol from people with sick animals is an easy enough way to get it if you have the effort. A lot of people want it gotten rid of anyway because its a shit reminder.

You have heard of Promethazin for sure, its mixed with Codein for purple drink. I got some 25mg pills and they are supposed to enhance the effect of opiates but imo it suppressed the feeling and I was just tired. You ever tried this mix?
Promethaszine is usually coupled with codine in those typical cough medicines. That's really the best way to try and mimic it. The way I used to do it was by just using honey to get the syrupy consistency. So long as you dont bring the mixture up to a too high heat you're fine. Just want to warm it enough to disolve whatever opiate pills and prom that you have. Make your own driink out of it. It can often make you tired though I guess. Quite sedative
