Maybe it's just me but I have incredibly horrible memory. I try to rewind back to past and it's like my brain, in a vain attempt to protect me from it, deletes all semblances of it. For example I remember I was bullied, but never how or why. It's like after some time, my brain just deletes it altogether and moves on.

As a deformed man, I have so many bad memories. I could list a few hundred that I remember over the past 16 or so years (I'm 29). From school, in the train, at doctor's office.... always comments about my looks that I overheard. People are evil.

It works for a day to day basis but I genuinely feel castrated by my own mind for it as I barely have any recollections of my past, except for few events here and there.

They are stored in my sub conscious which makes me less confident. Normies just say "just be confident", confidence is the result of your previous life experiences. If I have been previously laughed at when walking by a group of normies then I will remember the negative memory and feel anxious when doing it again..

No. The only thing that my mind have is bad memories. Whenever i try to deflect these memories, it doesn't matter in the end.
Bad memories outweight the good ones when you're incel.

I have several blocked memories of attending kindergarten. It's a severe block, so it must have been traumatic. Sometimes I wish I could undergo regression therapy to find out what they are, but I'm also afraid. To think that shit lives with you. I just regret not having had a normal life.
