Does the idea of being a boss or supervisor scare you?

When I worked a 9 to 5 office job, I was offered a supervisory job. I turned it down because I was afraid of having to deal with the employees and maybe having to fire someone or at least confront them about their job performance, or them confronting me about not giving them a perfect evaluation or something. Also didn't want to deal with hiring and doing interviews. The less interaction with people the better. But yeah the fear of having to fire someone was the main reason.

Being a boss is for NT normies and chads, not for non-NT high inhib social anxietycels.
