Turns out, I wasn't using my VPN while browsing .is so I know the Three letter agency don't have jurisdiction in south africa but do you think they'll would forge some kind of alliance with south africa to detain some incel(terrrorist) or am I being paranoid? I mean do they have the resources to even do that, I'd assume trying to arrest a blackcel from ZA would be a huge waste or resources then again, I would be an example for other africancels jfl.

Yeah, I tried checking online for some stuff pertaining to the three letters agencies arresting posters on incels forum and all of them have been in jewmerica so I've come to the conclusion that it's highly unlikely that they'll come to south africa but it's not impossible.
