does depression drive anyone else to disgusting eating binges where you eat yourself filled to the brim with trash food?

I think the constant state of happiness deprivation I'm in causes me to lose all control when I'm eating something that provides joy. I end up eating to a degree where I'm disgusted and disappointed at myself afterwards.

It's not depression but the fact that food is tasty. I don't do it more ofter than twice a month but the amount I eat in one sitting then could probably feed an African village for a day.

I eat roaches and cheetos whenever I feel like shit. :fuk:

My hunch is that depression makes it more irresistible though

wtf

There is never too much cheeseburgers, only too few

I started over eating as it is one thing gives me joy.

I do binge eat when I'm anxious or bored. Though I do hate being fat because then I am moral judged by my appearance, on top of the fact that it is bad for your health, and it affects your mobility and self-esteem.

yep, being fat is bad and I avoid as well. keeping that in check is one of the quickest ways to boost looks and general wellbeing.

Sweets, ice cream, fruits and soft drinks are one the best copes. And chips.
