The thing about SSRIs is that their entire premise is false. People are not depressed because there is some sort of chemical imbalance in their head, people are depressed because there are tangible things that suck about their lives, like being an incel for example. Besides that, the idea that one can be constantly happy or constantly miserable is also false. Life follows a cycle where things feel bad, then good and then bad again and so on. How much worse or how much better each of these stages in the cycle feels is completely random, sometimes you will only feel 5% better or worse meanwhile other times you can feel as much as 70% better or worse. How long each of these stages lasts is also completely random, you could feel so bad that it's as if death's hand is on your shoulder for months on end, or things could be cycling rapidly throughout the day which can be pretty disorienting. Either way it helps to be aware of this cycle, and you should allow yourself to act appropriately to how you are feeling in each stage. Don't get fooled by all the redpill "thug it out" attitude nonsense, if you feel the need to bitch out, then bitch out.
Besides all that it helps to develop advanced copes, and to accrue knowledge about how the world and people are truly like. If you for example deeply desire to love or to be loved by a woman, it helps to understand the true nature of women and how that just isn't possible (bluepilled niggas on here will disagree with me on this).
