Serious Does anyone know if jaw exercises are any good?

I've seen a few ways to improve your jaw and through exercises. I do a few of them, but I want to know if anyone knows if they are useful or am I just wasting my time with something that is mostly genetical?
 
If you're older than 20, they won't do much tbh

Jaw exercises are cope unless you do them at the peak of puberty (10-15 years old). 16 and up, Jaw exercises are cope.

this tbh, after peak puberty the bone structure is pretty much unmaleable. the only thing you could do is correct your bite through some orthodontic device and improve the masseter muscle chewing hard food and gum.

Yeah after puberty, at BEST you'll get a 5% improvement with jaw exercise. You wouldn't even gain a quarter of PSL :feelskek:
