Yeah mate, I had a few periods where I felt like that in my life but they are rare because I'm lonermaxxed. It's because humans are a social species and we don't get that need met often enough, you are programmed to naturally crave to belong to a tribe and when you don't feel the "tribe" you grow despondent, your instincts assume that your tribe must be dead or gone since there is no actual lone wolf programming in humans.

This is why from to time you'll feel like you don't belong in this world, like you aren't a human and that you're just a ghost spectating reality, it's semi-normal Doug, don't worry too much about it. You can take comfort in the knowledge that you don't permanently feel like that.
