Discussion Does anyone else have ridicolous low tolerance for alcohol ?

I always had a ridicolous tolerance for alcohol. I already start feeling first effects after one shot and after 4-5 shots i already start feeling visible drunk. I know a guy who is maybe an inch taller than me and he can drink extremely high amounts of alcohol without feeling anything. Also i once was drinking with a former friend during vacation and after the first few shots i already felt visible drunk meanwhile my friend felt nothing and he didnt even believe me i was drunk. We both drank around 15 shots. He went to sleep peacefully meanwhile i was vomitting my soul out half the night and thought i was about die.

Its embarassing and humiliating when you see other people and your peers drinking over half a bottle without feeling anything, meanwhile you already start acting funny after a few shots

Idk, sometimes I am able to drink an entire bottle of Jäger in a sitting and other times I get intoxicated from drinking three shots of Obstwasser. It is pretty random, but generally I can drink a lot.

I always drink alone so I don’t have much of a reason to care about low tolerance

No tbh, I need to get to about half maybe 2/3 of a litre bottle of vodka, to start feeling good. I am eastern european from a long line of alcoholics so, maybe that has something to do with it idk.

I practically never drink alcohol so when I do, I get drunk very easily. Some people just drink every weekend so their brains become more tolerant and accustomed to it.

You can easily mask the taste if you mix a cocktail, like with cola, juice or energy drinks
