Does anyone else have physical anxiety symptoms?

I have a problem that no drug seems to help. When I get nervous my neck gets red and blotchy. Its absolute torture and people always point it out.

The worst part is that I cant even tell its happening, but even when im slightly nervous it always does.

Also I blush really easily and my face turns bright red.

Yea it happens to my back and chest too. I dont think its hives because its not raised, just red flat blotches.

Still hives, since they can be flat blotches too. Mine are exactly like you described

Just by trying to worry less unironically. In my redpill high stress phase where I cared a lot, this happened all the time. Now it rarely happens. Better sleep and gorging in less sugar also seems to help
