No, my sleep schedule is consistent, just delayed. I pretty consistently go to sleep around 3am and awake around 10-11am.

Yes, with university now as well somedays I have to wake up at 5:30, and other days I sleep in until 8:30. If I try and go to bed before 11 I struggle to fall asleep as well.
