I sometimes feel dizzy after waking up. This morning it was even worse and i woke up with a heavy headache for no apparent reason, i generally slept bad this night as well.
Does anyone else get a hangover like feeling in the morning despite not drinking ?

Yeah I get this. I feel terrible in the morning right after waking up. I resolve it with coffee. My brain is really fucked up.

i wake up multiple times per night, can that be why ?

Am I only one who likes the feeling of hangover. First time I blacked out and woke up I felt euphoria and went outside with just underwear
Nothing out of the ordinary for me, especially when I go to bed all worn out

Never got diagnosed, but i have these symptoms: clogged nose/difficulty to nose breathe, waking up frequenlty at night, dry mouth at night, frequent urination, often tired
Tends to happen when you don't sleep for prolonged periods of time. Like now I feel hung over because DB is such a j******** run piece of shit predatory service that abuses the wide trough that is the German government.
I dont get hangovers even when i drink. You need to caculate the perfect amount of alc for buzz. Mine is around 8 ml / kg of body weight.
I can get that with depression but I'm thinking more about the mental side of hangovers.
