Discussion Does anyone avoid their neighbours/people they know?

I hate meeting with people from my block and I avoid them at all costs, especially those in their 20s-30s. I get really anxious when I have to say hello to them. On streets or in stores, also avoid meeting with people from work or ex collegemates.
