I've been sitting in this dark room for 4 years straight (NEET) so it's not surprising I'm fucked mentally.

I don't really hear voices which is why I'm skeptical of her. It could be schizotypal disorder. My biggest issue is derealization, and the delusions can get pretty rough sometimes. But I don't really think they're delusions tbh.

Then it can get much worse. I started out with depersonalization but then I graduated to hearing voices and seeing demons and shadow people. Im goingvto work on insanitymaxxing so I can just create another reality.
