Do you think its actually possible to legitimately rate a person's face that people like Wheat Waffles, Nero Angelo, FaceIQ claims to do. Is it something that is objectively possible or are they just scammers and grifters selling a lie?

Yes but only women can objectively rate your face. Male opinions in this regard are worthless.
It's definitely possible, as there plenty of ratios that can be calculated and ideal proportions that can also be objectively measured, but it's not even necessary; if you are even in a position where you find yourself looking for someone to rate your appearance, it's fair to presume you are unattractive, and your experiences in life should tell you more than they ever could.

I have partly facial blindness, or rather looks ignorance. I can't tell if foid is ugly without clearly visible defects like obesity or strongly deformed face. Same with men, i don't know where's the border between ugliness and attractiveness of men, because i'm not gay, and i don't care much about men's appearance.

Maybe. But at the end of the day it's their opinion that counts.
True, but it shouldn't be treated as an objective measure of attractiveness, more so a perceptual bias against men.
