Do you think palate expansion would fix my face?

My worst problems with my face structure are my horseface, downward projection (lacking forward other than my mouth), big nose, and having no cheekbones.

I also have a narrow palate and I heard widening it would make my face more forward, cheekbones wider and more prominent. Is it cope? Will it not make much difference? I can't palate expansion anyway but I want it.

Hard to say without a photo. Some may acscend facewise to normie or even Chadlite with jaw implant and buccal fat removal, but i also saw enough subhumans where they would still look subhuman after surgery.
