Do you think not drinking past 2-3 beers would be better for us

The buzz drives me to have more, but when I’m plastered or even 4-5 beers in I feel more foid like. More emotional, my liver hurts.
So would sticking to 2 -3 at max beers at standard servings be good for cels.
I say yes.
I have never really felt that good drinking that much since I hit age of like 19.
Drink some water and have gronola bar
I hate most others so feeling emotional is just a signal to them witch is gay
