It simply isn't right for people to be fat, messy, ugly.
Life was meant to be better than that.
 
seems like if you have "mental issues" you're not rational by definition
certainly stressing over ugliness is not an mental issue in that sense
 
I have mental issues from the way I’m treated by society. I’m treated bad by society because I’m ugly and diseased. I wouldn’t care about being ugly if I was treated like a human.
 
Yes, there can be mental illnesses that can be stemmed from being ugly.

I use that term loosely not as an opposite to rationality, but as a grievance/ or gripe. Which by some is semantically known as a mental issue.
 
It isn't right to be denied teen love in teen years It isn't right to be denied it in later years, after maxxing, but being "too old"
