And I mean daily, just telling them that they’re worthless and should end it, and they keep seeing it over and over and over for years. Would there be a small chance that they actually start to believe it and feel hopeless as well?

That no matter how many times they ban me, I will always be back to send the same message. There is no escape. And the cruelty of the messages only get worse and worse.

I got IP banned on reddit and for some pretty mild shit too, the whole site is cucked but there were some subreddits that i liked to browse

it highly depends on how well worded it is, and how much it personally applies to them. if its just "kill yourself" then they wont care
