Do you think acquired traits can be biologically passed down?

As far as I'm aware Darwinian evolution does reject this idea but it was prominent in Lamarckian evolution and especially so in Nietzsche's writings.

Nietzsche would say that not only physical traits such as acquired muscle mass are hereditary, but even moral virtues. So if your your parents are lazy weakminded subhuman scumbags and also look the part, you'll BIOLOGICALLY inherit their scumbagness physically, mentally and morally.

They can be 100%. We don't understand this fully as far as i am aware but sitting on your ass all day your kid will not be as athletic as it could be if you were an athlete.
