If so, by how much?

I am 18 but look/sound younger than almost all guys I see on my campus, I haven't physically developed much since 15. I have 0 facial hair and am short. From what I've seen, users here look either significantly older or younger than their age. @Kamikaze could easily pass for 20 despite being 32yo. If you're NW3+ it adds 10 years most of the time, a death sentence.
