Probably has to do with the fact that his entire persona as a critic is pretentious. It isn't surprising for him to praise the album to that degree. After all, he only recently gave a generic pop album a 10 out of 10.His placement of Drukqs in S-Tier is laudable and pleasantly surprising. Soytano looking past an album's bloated, disjointed, and thematically inconsistent sound is unexpectedly out of character.
