Oh yeah, just realised i mixed them up. The guy i linked was Schery6, a former .is user who roped last year.

Yeah, he said he will use NaNo2 to kill himself. Also im pretty sure that he did it, because he said he was giving away Steam Balance before he ropes and he actually did it for me. I didnt get a response from him when i tried to contact him on Steam again, so he likely did it
