In the winter months it really starts to hit me how mentally off I am since I barley operate as an adult outside of surviving . I have to fix all myself because that’s the only way average men get anything done for themselves since I can’t be a disabled NEET or have things handed to me like CHAD. As I read the article I realized I have at least 4 of these symptoms from not even being hugged by anyone family or anyone else…

Symptoms are as followed

• Depression
• Stress
• Alexithymia (trouble feeling emotions)
• Attachment issues
• Personality disorders
• Physical pain
• Poor sleep quality
