I don't think it alone makes you an incel as if you gymmax, and obviously have the right facial proportions, height, frame, skin quality you can compensate it.
But it can contribute to it.

Just so you avoid gaslighting outie belly buton are ugly, it lowers your attractivness. Why?

• Personal experience: Usually people tend to not comment your physical flaws that much even less if they're face to face with you. But it happens time to time, which was what it happended when i was 11 yrs. I did take the part of my tshirt which covers my belly button to take off my sweat or something and then a guy screamed: "what is that belly button? Why do you have it like that?" I don't remember the exact words but something like that. He said as if it was the most strange thing in the world. This meant that a kid, which tend to be cruelly sincere, found it disgusting

No don't have it but it's very obvious that even the smallest physical abnormality dooms you to a life of sexlessness unless you have insanely good physical features in some other way to balance it out.
