I am currently 10 days clean (NoFap; given i was chronically horny, sometimes relapsing even daily; it was awful), and now it's so peaceful, and it's crazy, like understanding how much easier female lives are given the majority of them would never be chronically horny, sadly. But at least freedom can be reached brothers.

I take NAC and Vitamin B6 so u may try too. Given that an active libido is not a good thing unless you rich to fuck a sexy slut on the reg and spray her (since only betas shoot their loads to pixels, it's pathetic coping like religions).

It depends, sometimes I don't fap for a whole week, sometimes I do it 3 times in the span of a couple hours. Mostly depends on my mood/how busy I am and if I'm exposed to arousing things or not.
