Experiment Do you have cope period once in a while?

I get in cope period every once in a while like a week of 2 months that i'm not subhuman and everything that fucks me is just my mental state. It happens when i mog myself time to time.

ive literally thought about writing out a list to put on my door reminding me how subhuman i am so it brings me back to reality when i start to even feel a little okay with myself. i should do this and read it everyday so i don't even try and be a good little subhuman that i am.
