I have some kind of health problem that affects me. I am unable to take a full breath or do any physical activity or I could pass out

I stopped caring about it a few years ago because I've had it since I was 13 or 14, I am 22 now and it hasn't killed me yet so it should be fine

I also have stomach problems which I've had since I was 17, daily stomach pain that sometimes makes me throw up

I have a kyphosis of 60 degrees, which is normal up to 40 degrees, and flat feet. I can't run much. I often have back pain when I sit for a long time.

Same. My mental ones are really not the problem, but the physicals. If we are alive is because we are the only ones that know our bodies better than any doctor or medicine shit. If I went to a hospital probably I would have died already. I prefer to live for how much long my body is designed to live.
