I remember in High School that they showed us Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I didn't love it but I could appreciate how the storytelling was really different than a conventional movie's. The teacher asked the class if they liked and they all hated it except for this one Russian guy. Main complaints was that it is too complex or hard to understand for the minds of Normies.
