Last time I was unemployed I received 2 job offers within 2 weeks of going unemployed without even applying or asking anyone. I didn't even inform anyone I was unemployed. Those companies just called me up and said: "We have noticed your car is no longer standing in front of your previous place of employment so we have figured you might be available. Could we please have a chance to introduce our new salary model to you?" So it is VERY VERY easy for me to get and maintain a job. The companies all know me and would employ me anytime.
