I wouldn't worry about it. 1, Individual IQs are hard to test, IQs are only reliable for large sample groups. 2, although I think below 80 is supposed to be learning disabled, it's not that important. Look up a guy called Karl Pilkington, he tested for an 80 IQ. He's a bit stupid but not to the level of being disabled. It mostly just means you have a more literal and practical mind, which has its benefits.
Also, I had a best friend when I was a kid who likely had a lower IQ. I have a high IQ. He struggled at school, was in bottom sets for maths etc, but he taught me how to ride a bike (despite being almost a year younger) and did a Rubik's cube I'd had in my bedroom for years in about half an hour. He was good at practical things, which I'm largely crap at.
