Discussion do you guys also cringe a lot or feel a lot of secondhand embarrassment?

i feel really strong secondhand embarrassment and cringe at everything..
even "normal" social situations.. it's part of my anxiety, is that i sort of know what is appropriate given certain social situation, but not really..
my brain is hypervigilant so i don't embarass myself saying something weird or acting akward.
