Very rarely, most women's voices are usually to high pitched for me to like. It's kind of weird to explain without an example but I like when their voice is slightly deep but not so much so that they sound like a 13 year old boy or a lesbian. There was this once girl in a porn video I watched years back that had a voice that was hot but I could never find it again.

I would say it depends honestly.
I do prefer more raw sounding music for sure, but depending on the artist not all of them will sound good that way.
Lemmy has a naturally good sounding voice, so he can pull it off quite well, but if you were to do the same for a lot of these modern day pop singers they would have a much harder time adapting to a sound like that, mostly because they have a different tonality in their voice.
Typically more scratchy voices do sound better though.
