I don't mean waking up early. I mean actually getting out of bed.
Even on weekends, like today, when I've had sufficient sleep and I don't have any particular chores to do I still feel this extreme anxiety when I wake up that makes me want to stay in bed for hours.
For example right now I've been awake for two hours and I've coomed and also exhausted all the shitholes I browse daily but I still feel too anxious to get out of bed.
There's always this extreme anxiety in the morning that makes me wanna puke most days.
