I find that one second I can be feeling perfectly fine, but then a sudden feeling of dread comes over me and I feel trapped inside my own body. Then I feel scared because it feels like I am a timeless being trapped inside an organic mass of slowly rotting flesh. Then I think about how there are so many complex organs in my body that any one of them can malfunction at any moment. Then I get traumatized because death is the only exit and it can be painful....then I feel random pains and feel lightheaded and dreamlike. I usually have a feeling of regret that follows it and I feel bad for being a bitter incel
