Already got surgery and it didn't help very much. My phenotype and facial harmony are too ugly, I look low trust, low IQ, low class, dirty and evil. I hope one day surgical techniques will have evolved enough to improve my face.

This is usually the case for me too other than occasional mocking looks.

Yes. Back when I tried to escape from this despair, smiles would quickly melt away and turn into looks of remote disgust whenever I have made eye contact. This would trigger my flight response and I'd find a reason to leave and go back home to my apartment immediately.

Did that and it went away then came back, even got laser scar removal and now I just have new acne scars.
